Hello! Yes, this can be installed with radiant heat. The radiant heat needs to be embedded, so either under a wood subfloor or incased in concrete or with a thin set filler on top. The radiant heat temperature cannot exceed 84 degrees. Thank you for your inquiry. -Amy
