How can I remove glue tracked by a cat from my flooring?

i've found that water based glue and most spills come right off with a little elbow grease and a damp washcloth. anything else and i fetch my plastic putty knife. the surface of these is very smooth and easy to scrape clean

I would reccomend using Goof off or Goo Gone.
