How does filling the perimeter of the floor with filler rope and silicone caulk protect from water spills in the field? Dropping a glass, etc.?


Hello! The installation of this product requires finishing the entire perimeter of the installation by sealing with Simple Solutions waterproof quarter round (Lowe’s item # 3674489) or filling all expansion spaces with 3/8" compressible PE foam backer rod and cover with silicone sealant.
