I can't get my water line to go up inside. there is a wire inside where the water line goes what is that for


Cindy, Try to adjust the water level on this model. Inside of the tank, connected to the fill valve is a white pole level. This can be turned to adjust the amount of water in the bowl. Pay attention to the position of the float so to not overflow the pipe.
