Do you need a underpayment with vinyl sheeting flooring over concrete if it is not level?


Thanks for your question. This 2mm standard underlayment along with all others sold at Lowe’s are not designed nor warranted for use with vinyl sheet flooring. You should contact the flooring manufacturer regarding subfloor levelness.
