Can you lay this on plywood?? And use it underneath sticky vinyl tile?

Hello Jennifer, This product is not designed for LVT flooring but Lowes is getting ready to launch a new Floor Comfort Underlayment which is specifically designed for LVT and will be in stores by years end. It will be in all stores in February 2017. It is a fanfold product similar the 2mm Floor Comfort you are inquiring about for laminate.
