Even with the wing nut removed, the handle will not adjust. There is a crimp about 2" down from the green handle. Is there a way to get the handle up


Hi, and thank you for your question. Once you loosen the wing bolt, you may have to twist and pull the handle until it comes loose then you slide it up and just retighten the wing screw.

Returned it and bought another one. Crimp in the new one also; so not the problem. The new one extends easily. 1st one must have ben defective.
