How do you remove the globe after installation?


We had trouble w/this, too. It didn't want to turn no matter how much muscle we put into it. In the end, very gently turning it while trying to wiggle it a bit worked--try not to push up too hard while you do so, I think maybe that was the issue.

The globe turns. Turn left until it stops and it will slide down.
