Can the doors be flipped inside to out for a flat vs the shaker door panel?

This is exactly what I am doing in my kitchen. It CAN be done - but as the manufacturer will tell you it will void the warranty. But my cabinets are 15 yrs old so that's not a concern for me anyway. All you have to do is get a Kreg hinge jig, and it will drill precise hinge holes on the opposite side. Then you can buy very affordable wooden "plugs" cut specifically for hinge holes in various species of wood I found online at Rockler and Woodcraft). And I learned that if you're painting - the species doesn't really matter. You will tap in the plug with a rubber mallet till flush, swipe with some wood filler to cover the seam around the plug, and then once dry sand smooth. It is invisible once painted.Tip: The white "anchor" plugs for the small screw holes adjacent to hinge hole, will seem impossible to remove...but surefire way to get them out every time, super-quick and easy - after you remover the hinge, put the small screws part-way back in the white plastic anchors, enough to secure them but not all the way in. The just use a normal claw hammer and pull right out like you would a nail. Easy peasy. :) And the "plug kit" also comes with the smaller wood plugs for the smaller screw holes in addition to the larger round one. Hope this helps someone!
