This cabinet goes out 24" from the corner of the room on each wall. The sides of the cabinet are 12" deep so more upper cabinets can butt up to it.

Was this Answer Helpful ?My take on this is that the 24 inch measurement is the inches across the front of the cabinet. That would leave the cabinet itself 12 inches out of both sides of the corner. Now if you want to add cabinets on either side, you must consider that this cabinet takes up 12 inches of wall from the corner.
Was this Answer Helpful ?Looks to me the cabinet has stated dimensions of 24" deep and 30 " long. If this is true, then the depth is 24", meaning from the door to the back corner. If you want to be absolutely clear because you have a tight fight, then go to the store and have them take it out of the box and measure it!
