Buy a chain file for your chain. Simply fallow the instructions and the angle of the teeth on the chain. A little practice and you will have it.

I don't think you can - you probably have to purchase a new chain.

You can sharpen a chain saw by hand with a round file or using a more expensive saw sharpener with sharpening wheel. My favorite way to sharpen a chain saw is using a DC powered hand tool similar to a Dremel made by Oregon tools. It runs a round sharpening stone (three different sizes provided) on a Dremel like hand tool specifically designed for saw sharpening that runs off the DC power point in the truck or that can use Alligator clips to run off any car battery. The Oregon hand sharpener is handy in the field and very fast since you can leave the chain on the saw. Simply line the stone up with the 25 degree line on the sharpener guide and insert the stone under the saw tooth and let the stone do the work. It only takes a few seconds per tooth. Use a black Sharpie to color the saw tooth that you start on then turn the chain by hand and sharpen each tooth until you get back to the tooth you marked. Takes about twenty five minutes with a hand file and about five minutes with the Dremel style hand tool and stone made by Oregon. You can find the Oregon hand sharpener at Tractor Supply.

Best and easiest way to sharpen a chain is to buy the hand held Oregon sharpener that comes with three sharpening stones. Very fast, easy and convenient in the field or at home in the workshop and the edge is as good as if you took the saw for a professional sharpening. You can leave the chain on the saw and get great results.
