The ring inside the handle came off some how and is stuck inside the handle. How can I remove the handle to screw it back on?


Hi, Melinda. Thank you for your question. We would be happy to help! The handle will attach to the adapter with a set screw that takes an Allen wrench. Once the set screw is loose, the handle should separate from the adapter. The adapter attaches to the stem of the cartridge and is held in place by a Phillips head screw.
