I recieved my chain and the box was cut open an the chain didnt fit my saw at all and i have two of the same chains. Can i return to the store?


The Lowes store you purchased the chain from should honor your sales receipt, if not you can send us the chain and receipt and we (Blount) will swap the chain out for you, if needed you can call 800-223-5168 option 1 at the prompt, for more instructions
