I had a plumber just install this faucet. The hot water does not have any pressure. Do I need to call him back out or do I need to replace it?

The 1224 cartridge will need to be replaced to resolve the issue of no hot water for the Moen Caldwell Chrome 2-handle Deck Mount High-arc Kitchen Faucet.
