will this seal a sanded wood floor in a bathroom before putting down peel and stick vinyl tiles


Thank you for your question. The Sanding Sealer can be used on the bare wood, we don't test with vinyl tiles so we can't say they will adhere. The Sanding Sealer is meant to be used if you don't want to stain and then should be topcoated with a urethane for protection. Sincerely, L.T., Digital Care Team
