Does this product work if paint is peeling off of wood molding...appears that latex was painted over oil.


No. We only recommend using our Muriatic Acid to brighten concrete, brick, masonry, stone, grout and hard surfaces, and etch concrete and masonry so that sealers or finishes will adhere.
