If you are going to use drylock paint, should you put the drylock on first or the kilz...block wall, inside


Hi Bart, thanks for the question. Since we haven't tested our primers on how to be used with the Drylok Products, I'd recommend reaching out to the manufacturer to see if the Drylok product that you're using can be used with a water-based primer. Have a great day! -Ronald
