KILZ DOESN'T SEEM TO BE COVERING AN AREA OF 3 FT BY 5 FT WHERE A WATER PIPE BURST. THE STAIN IS STILL SHOWING UP AFTER I USED THE KILZ 2 COATS. HELP

Even if you can see the stain after applying the primer, you won't be able to see it after apply paint. Sounds odd, but true.

I know how disappointing that can be and I can assure you this isn’t the experience we want any of our customers to have. Although the Kilz 2 Primer has great stain-blocking benefits, it’s important to remember that this isn’t a stand-alone product. Once the surface has been primed following the recommended spread rate, a top coat is required to obtain full coverage benefits. I recommend applying your top coat of paint to fix this issue.
