CAN THE WALDON CEILING FAN BE MOUNTED FLUSH TO CEILING? IS THAT WHAT YOU CALL LOW PROFILE?


Hello Anonymous, Not really. There is the mounting plate however, there is still a small "pole" between the mounting plate and the fan "motor". I consider this not to be qualified as flush to ceiling mount. Hope this helps.

It comes with 2" and 3" downrods-you can't get any closer than that with this fan.

Thank you for your question! Mounting a fan flush to the ceiling is what we call low profile. However, this fan is a little different. Instead of having the low profile washer that can substitute for the downrod, this fan will have a 2 inch "low profile" downrod.
