I have small compact car. will the box fit in the back seat?

We have a 2004 Honda Accord. We got in the trunk with the back seat folded down, out of the box. I've done this out of the box thing to get an item loaded a couple of times at Lowes. This cart ships in a plastic bag with those nylon straps around it (inside the box) so it wasn't a big deal for the box to go " bye bye" in the hands of our most friendly, helpful Lowes man.

The box is 41" long x 27" wide x 12" deep. It should fit in the backseat of most cars.
