The door will not stay shut. Description says can be adjusted to make it close tighter. How is this done?

I use gorilla duct tape inside to hold the plastic piece tighter to the inside top of the mailbox. Glue would work, too, I bet.

Grab the finger hoop on door as if you are gonna open it......Open lid and look on the inside of lid at the top close to where your finger is. There is a curved piece that squeeze closer to the edge of lid (if needed to be snug, to keep closed)........ if lid is to tight and hard to open then that piece needs to be pulled out making more space between it and the edge of the lid.
