how do you make it easier to squeeze out of the tube? It's so thick.

Thank you for the question. When first using the product, two steps are required to prepare the tube: 1) cut the tip and 2) pierce the foil seal. These are on the tube but sometimes they are missed. If these steps are completed and the product is still difficult to dispense, you may want to check the use by date as the product you have may be expired.
