I purchased the Gatehouse 01176988 doorknob and deadbolt. How do I install the latch in a door that cannot be mortised to receive the latch plate?


The latches you have cannot be configured to fit in a non-mortised door setup. Please call our customer service line at 1-877-4GATEHS (1-877-442-8347), and we will send out the "drive-in" style latches you require at no charge to you.
