Ours did not come with a ground wire, is it supposed to have a green wire included?


Hi there. No, the ground wire does not come with the dishwasher. Inside the junction box, you should be attaching ground wire under head of grounding screw and tighten. The dishwasher must be connected to a grounded metal, permanent wiring system. This metal ground wire comes from the house, not the dishwasher.
