Can this be used on hard wood floors?

Hi Mark, Thank you for your question. Yes, these mats are suitable for inside use. These mats do have vinyl backing and therefore is compatible hard wood floor with the exception of high polished floors. We would recommend testing your flooring before use. Thank you, Gabriella
