My saw is fairly new, and the chain keeps coming off the bar. The adjustment is maxed out. Any suggestions?


Return it. I tried two times with this saw and both only lasted two days before the chain stopped tightening. EGO support was no help

Make sure chain is on the correct way and not backwards.

I found that it helped me to very slightly loosen the sider cover, tighten the chain. Then retighten the bar cover. Check chain often on initial use.
