why do I want this if its not compatible with the 20v battery....


Well I want this BECAUSE it is compatible with the assortment of 12V Dewalt power tools that I already have. Generally I find the 12V line to be smaller, lighter and easier to use in a homeowner environment. I have larger, more powerful battery powered tools but usually, if not always, go for these 12v Dewalts!

Why wouldnt you just buy the 20v? Because I have a Lowes gift card and only HD has the 20v. I'd much rather shop at Lowes but.......
