May sound dumb, but why does it come with 20 volt batteries but an 18 volt charger?


The DCD771C2 will include: (1) Compact Charger DCB107. The charger is for charging 12V-20V slide pack batteries. The 18V DEWALT battery is a post and will not fit on the slide pack charger.
