Do you think this will go on a slatted privacy fence posts?

To install these post caps you need about 3/4-in of vertical clearance and 1-in of horizontal clearance.
Was this Answer Helpful ?You can fit them on any 4"x4" post as long as you have 1/2" of vertical clearance and 1" horizontal clearance on all sides (6" across altogether). However, I don't think you'd want them there - they aren't very bright at all and if more than about 4' high you won't see the pretty copper finish anyway. Also, you have to clean them every 2-4 months to keep them looking good, so perhaps you should find another product.
Was this Answer Helpful ?Probably won't fit your application unless the posts are above the level of the slates by about an inch. Don't waste, you money or time putting these on…they are junk, fill up with rain water and quit working one by one in a month or two
Was this Answer Helpful ?No, this light would not fit on a slatted privacy fence. You could attach a small section of 4 x 4 post to your privacy fence and set the light on that.
Was this Answer Helpful ?If the posts extend above the slats by 1/2" or so they may work. The cap of the light may hit the slats otherwise.
