Guide states "Important:All solar panels within post caps and lights need 24 hours of direct sunlight to fully charge." How is this possible in USA?


All it means, is it won't work to full capacity until it has had about 24 total hours of sunlight. At that point it will be fully charged. So it may take a few days of charging in the sun to reach a full charge the first time.
