Can this fill holes that are roughly 3/8” left from TV mount?

DAP Ready Mixed Concrete Patch is designed, tested, marketed, labeled, and recommended for patching small holes, cracks, and other minor cosmetic defects in masonry surfaces. As indicated on the product package label and supporting product literature: "If area to be patched is deeper than 1/2 inch, apply patch in 1/4-inch layers, maximum depth 1 inch, allowing each application to dry."
