I dont have posts on my deck rail, just a flat, level rail. Are these mountable on a flat wooden hand rail?


Hello, They are made to fit over a 4x4 or 3.5x3.5 wood post. You could cut a piece of 4x4 wood post and secure it to the flat level rail at whatever thickness works with the post cap so it appears to be sitting on the rail.
