Is the hinge a real hinge with a pin, or a bendable piece of plastic?

You can see it in the photo pretty well. It is plastic with one long pin running through the three pieces.

The hinge pin, in the 44-piece bit set, is a metal shaft that extends the full lenght of the hinge provision. The plastic tabs will break before the pin, if that is what you are asking.
