Bondo Brown Interior/Exterior Color-Changing , Heavy Duty , Waterproof , Fiberglass resin repair 32 Fluid ounce(s)
My irrigation pump froze and a piece chipped off. Can I use this to stick it back on i.e. will it be able to handle the water pressure?

Your project is too unique to give a good answer. If the piece shipped off from freezing then there must be water under it and pressure. The configuration of the piece and the surface area will determine holding power. JB-Weld might be a better choice. If there were a way to drill 1/16" holes to wire the piece in place before using epoxy, that would provide extra holding. Your pump would have 90-100PSI so I doubt these DIY fixes will work. Still, you can experiment without spending much.

Was this Answer Helpful ?your BEST BET is to REPLACE THE IMPELLER. OTHER then that I would use "" J B WELD "" FEATHER THE JB REPAIR ON BOTH SIDES of blade and inboard/outboard of break ... you will have to put same amount of JB on opposite blade to balance it. is it metal/plastic? not a lot of info your part. plastic can be welded
