Does this work on plastic with pressure on it. ( about 50 psi )


No - fiberglass adheres poorly to plastic. In fact we use a plastic sheet between a fiberglass repair (say bottom of a boat) and a backing block to keep the fiberglass from running out. When done, remove the backing block and the plastic pulls right off leaving a level surface.
