Someone answered the post needs to be installed 3 feet into the ground. If its 53 inches tall, then the mailbox is only 17" tall from ground level?


Hello, we recommend the in ground mailbox post to be installed into 1 cubic foot of cement, so 12-inches (1 foot) into the ground. Thanks for reaching out!
