How do you run power to it for ceiling mounted heater

I would recommend you find a qualified electrician, unless you have a working knowledge of electricity. It’s too dangerous to experiment.

Well, you may want to hire an electrician, frankly. Most municipalities require it along with permits. Having just sold and bought a house, inspectors these days make you get an electrician and permit after the fact, so you pay for it eventually. Otherwise, having done it on my own, it really depends on the construction. If it is drywall, it can be fairly simple (if you have overhead access such as an attic). Plaster and masonry can require surface moulding, or at least that is the simplest method frequently. Honestly, better off with an electrician since a heater/heat lamp requires substantially more Wattage and Amperage than a bulb if you are planning to piggyback off of a nearby circuit.
