Will it kill meal moths? What is the reaction time?

The Bayer Advanced Home Pest Plus Germ Killer will kill all types of moths. It can take 1-2 weeks to notice a visible decrease in the insect activity.

You can put items back in the pantry but only after the spray has dried first. Otherwise you risk contamination of the foodsuffs or dishes you keep there.

I don't really know but this is wet spray that you may need to wait for it to dry before placing food stuff on shelf. I would not use where paper or plastic packaging might absord the chemicals.
