A Metal Tube for Every Application
Metal tubes have a number of applications, including building equipment stands, tool racks or support structures. Choose rust-resistant tubes such as zinc-plated steel tubes in areas where rusting could occur. Zinc-plated steel is clean and bright and excellent for decorative structures like outdoor railings. Tubing comes in round and square shapes in varying lengths.
Carbon fiber tube is lightweight tubing constructed out of both carbon fiber and reinforced plastic, making it a good choice when used for general repairs and bracing. It's also good for machinery and equipment repairs since carbon fiber tubes don't corrode. Carbon fiber tubes are machinable and bondable and good for general structural use.
Another widely used material for architecture, screen door frames, tent poles, kitchen equipment and assorted trim items is aluminum round tube. Aluminum is lightweight yet strong with excellent finishing characteristics and high corrosion resistance making it a good choice for a wide range of structural support projects. Aluminum is also environmentally friendly since it's 100% recyclable.
