Bad service
Between Lowes and the manufacturer, I got the run around 3 different times on missing parts. "Call back another day" is what I got from calling Lowes customer service. no help whatsoever. Go somewhere else its been almost 4 months and Lowes does not want to resolve this

Great for casual outdoor seating
I bought this set for occasional use on my covered back patio and think they'll do nicely. It isn't a high-end luxury set, but that's fine for what I need. I would recommend shopping the sales to get the best value. The cushions are comfortable and I didn't expect it to come with accent pillows. It was pretty easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. I was missing one piece, but the manufacturer responded very quickly and sent me the part right away--very helpful.

I Absolutely love this set. Came in 3 shipments within 1 day apart. Super easy to assemble the instructions were very accurate and clear. We had 1 small issue with the screw not lining up but customer service was quick and took care of it. (Amazing customer service) The light color and thick cushions make this set so sophisticated. (I got it in the color black) Very comfortable to sit on and I have gotten so many compliments. You won’t go wrong with this set.

Ok Set
Decent set, you can tell it's on the cheaper end. Some of the screws seemed to long for the swivel chairs. Cushions aren't super thick.
