Works well for my basement

I bought this for my basement, as my previous dehumidifier was having issues. While this one has a smaller tank capacity, I set it up with the hose draining the moisure into my sump pump well, and it has been working quite well for me.

I purchased this dehumidifier to replace an existing one in my basement. It was much smaller than what I had expected, but it seems to be doing a good job keeping the moisture down in my basement. I like the humidity bar light on top. As was mentioned in other reviews, the humidity sensor is about 10 % off. It reads 10 % higher than actual humidity verified by a hydrometer. I knew that going in so it was no surprise. Overall, pretty pleased.

I was surprised at how small the unit was, but it quickly dried out my daughter's very humid basement. It is nice and quiet and definitely pulls out the moisture. Will be ordering one for our own use.

Good product

I purchased this item through Lowe's website and had it shipped to store. I picked it up, got it home and used it before realizing the tank had a crack in the bottom. I contacted customer service of the company, Waykar, and they immediately sent a replacement tank to me. The product works great!

What a great machine!

We recently build a new house with a huge basement that is 3000 square feet with 11 ft ceilings. It is unfinished but well insulated with poured walls. Having been dryed in back in December a lot of water was trapped in the framing and concrete. When the hot summer hit the humidity down there hit 88%.
