These pumps are great but they only last a couple years. Maybe they’re only supposed to? I used them 24/7 and they work like a mule and they do what I need them to do. I don’t think they last an incredibly long time, but then again pretty much everything built today is like that. My biggest drawback, which I do not see a solution to, is that when you open this product the cord is coiled very tight. Works well. And plenty of power for my 160 gallon or so pond with a bit of head to the top of the waterfall. Though it would be nice to include some flanges and such to pass hoses through a liner.
