Terrible quality

My dog had some accidents on the rug that wouldn't come out with a steam cleaner, so wanted to replace it with the same rug. This new version, while the same design, is terrible quality. It's thin and rough and even after a week it won't lay flat. It was shipped folded in half (WHY?!?!) and the creases will not budge. It's rippled and just looks terrible. Very disappoin...

The rug arrived bent and frayed, the color and design are not as pictured. The beige background is dull and dirty-looking. Truly dreadful quality and excessively high fee to return.

Cheap and thin

Looks great
