Excellent Product and Service
This water filter does an incredible job of removing iron/manganese from my well water. Prior to installation, it was a constant battle to get toilets and sinks free of rust stains, and if the water sat for more than a day, it would start to turn brown. When I first read about this type of filter as an option, I did not believe it would work, or at most, I thought that it might only help some... what a relief to see clear water that does not leave stains! Wonderful whole house system
Very good customer service. They patiently answered my questions and help me choose this system to reduce iron and manganese. It is designed for 10-year use without the need of replacing filters which help a lot. High quality and easy to use.
Manufacturer warranty is worthless
The controller on mine was faulty and caused the backwash valve to run non stop. I ended up with the filter material in my plumbing causing hundreds of dollars of damage. I contacted Ispring customer service and even after they admitted in an email that the failure caused the filter to spit out the material, they refuse to help pay for the repairs. All they did do was send a new controller. 🙄 So I went ahead and returned the filter to lowes.
Worth every penny
Truly expensive but works well. Also compared with other brand, the price is pretty reasonable. No maintenance is required. Remove the bad smell effectively.
