It isn't very smart gets confused easily drags a dirty mop pad around doesn't clean the pad doesn't change water very loud! Not a hard go end product

Disappointed with consistency
Use the product to vacuum and mop during the week. Having dogs we keep the house very free of clutter but I run into errors almost weekly. Stuck, can't dock, Bin full when there isn't much in the bin (especially on carpet). I have even gone to the extreme of disassembling the replaceable components and cleaning the machine completely. The other issue I have is with the mopping, there are always streaks and we do use the suggested Bona cleaner. At this point, I would not buy another one. Maybe it...

Living with a Combo j7+, a pit bull and a boxer.
I use the product for vacuuming hard wood and two carpeted bedrooms. I love how it can transition from hardwood to carpet, tuck away the mop and then redeploy when it needs it again. I have the upgraded battery so it usually gets a single mop and vacuum in one charge. When i schedule and run for hard wood and double vac it will have to recharge. It's very smart, very efficient and somewhat hands off. Next purchase will be a j10+

Nice when it works
I upgraded from an older model. This one cleans better however it is much more work. Always having to reconnect to my WiFi, it's stuck somewhere, or has another strange error message. It just seems like a lot of maintenance and I bought it to make my life easier. But now I'm always servicing the robot and usually seeeping with a broom.
