Garbage Product
This product is expensive and we have had problems from day one. It will not start on the carpet, it stops every 10 mins and says to check filter, and will not empty to the bin. It is a garbage product.
Would like to throw it away
Stops for no reason. Get's lost. Chimes at odd times for who know what reason. Very irritating and if I could figure out how to get a refund I would. Robot customer service if you read this please contact me so I can get a refund

Makes our life easier and our home cleaner
We have 4 dogs so we have a ton of pet hair. This vacuum has made a huge difference in the amount of hair around the house, and helps out a ton with the little leaves, pollen, berries etc. that are constantly falling off our Dutch Elms. Do some of the parts wear out? Yes, it's working hard and it's a plastic machine but CS has been helpful resolving certain issues and sending out replacement parts when needed. Constantly Manually Emptying the Bin
So done with this product. "Empty the bin. Empty the bin." I changed brushes and filters. Constantly cleaning the sensors. Reboot. "Empty the bin." Do it all again. Reboot. Bought a new bin, thinking that might fix it. Nope. "Empty the bin." I can't remember the last time this unit completed a cleaning program. Aweful unit for carpet!!! 2 units failed in 2 weeks!!!
We purchased for our upstairs with has builder grade carpet. First unit developed an aweful squealing sound after 2 weeks and 4 runs. Support diagnosed as motor failing. Maintenance Nightmare
Really disappointed in the vacuum. Had it a year and a half. Did the maintenance when it said. Motor lasted 18 months before having to replace the cleaning head module. Even with weekly cleaning the charging ports rarely work. So we always have to reposition it in the charger to get it to work. Robot vacuum is nice but not worth the cost if you are constantly replacing parts.

Yes I would buy this again based on the performance
I have had this product for 3 months, I had new carpets installed in my living room new furniture as well. I have open plan, with carpet in the living room and tile floors in the dining and kitchen area. An old Australian shepherd who sheds big time and Rosie Robot seems to do an excellent job thus far. Holding thumbs going forward!!!
