Alarm won't turn off

Would Not Recommend

The alarm won't turn off, it goes off randomly throughout the day. The instructions are no help. I can't wait for the battery to die on the clock. I'm stuck with two of these.

It sounds like the Alarm is working on backup battery power. Make sure the unit is connected to a working outlet and press the Power/Alarm Reset butt...
