I installed this thermostat on 10/15/24. It's 10/21/25 and it no longer works. I reinstalled my old thermostat and my furnace works fine. Customer service was terrible and unhelpful. Needless to say, they didn't honor their warranty. I'm out $200. Terrible company with a poor product. Avoid them!
