Seemed to work well

I was not sure how well this would work, but it did take the itch away for a bug bite. My child got a mosquito bite, so we tried this pen on the swollen bite. It didn't itch for several hours. The initial "zap" is a bit of a shock - it burns like touching a hot pot.

Great design!

I have used very hot water or a heated spoon to reduce itching. This makes it easier.

It works.

This device does get hot during its use time. But not for long and this unit does doo the trick, I stopped needing to scratch at my bites.

Love At First Bite!

Didn't experience any results

The bite away just didn't seem to really soothe any of my pain from bug bites. I wasn't impressed by it and it seems rather cheaply made. The product worked as per directions stated, but I didn't have any less pain or swelling after using the bite away

Neat gadget

This has been an amazing find. Living near woods I constantly use this. It provides temporary relief (15-20 min) from the bug bites. I tried to use it on my 10 year old who found it to hurt because of the heat emitted from the device. I recommend this item for teens to adults. I would recommend it for younger children who are sensitive to heat.

So it took me a bit to get a real chance to use this after a bug bite, but when I did it does work. It gets hot, hot, hot so people with sensitive skin might not like it. Very warm for sensitive Skin

I acquired this device because my wife is a mosquito magnet and is allergic to the bite. We have tried every device including professional spraying. This device works great from bites and seems to do the job but if you are sensitive to heat it is probably not the best solution. I tried it and is does not feel like it is burning me but I have a higher tolerance to heat. This device appears to work and I would recommend it to anyone that is not sensitive to heat.
