Could be worse, there were issues

I got this product as the floor model at a HUUUGE discount because the store manager didn't want to have to deal with it, even to disassemble. I disassembled myself in as large a set of connected pieces as possible and there appeared to be no parts or fasteners missing, except for possibly the plastic bolt-head covers (not worried about it). Excellent gazebo

We purchased this gazebo to replace an old, worn fabric-covered gazebo. We are very pleased with the product. Assembly took two days. The first day my wife and I assembled the framework in a few hours, and the second day we attached the roof sheeting and all the accessories in about four hours. This is not an easy build and it helps if you have some basic mechanical skills and experience. Missing parts

I bought the floor model because it was the last one. They told me they would call when I could pick it up.b I went in several times in my normal shopping, and it was still up. About 2 weeks later, I went in and noticed it was finial down. Took it home and put it together and found several bolts and washers were missing. I bought replacements and painted them black. Poor customer support

The gazebo is beautiful but still unassembled. We unfortunately are unable to put it together because after opening we discovered one of the posts is damaged. I called the customer service number and was assured the issue would be escalated and a replacement post shipped in 3-5 business days and an email confirmation sent when the post shipped. Buying floor model you had to take apart.

Purchased floor model gazebo. While taking item apart found loose bolts, not tightened down, and parts not installed. Locking washers were completely missing, was given 5 bags (25 per bag), but still had to purchase 3 more bags. Apart from missing washers, some correct bolts where missing but replaced with other incorrect bolts. Also assembly instructions where missing but was able to find online a similar gazebo for a general idea but this had no diagrams to show parts. A tool was missing ...

Dealing with returns is a pain

It was damaged when received. Cannot put it together due to the damage. It has been a nightmare trying to get a new one. They delivered this item and when we opened it it was damaged. It is taking 2 weeks to get them to come get it. Without a refund mind you, we were trying to get a new one and they told us we had to pay out of pocket for another one. They could not reimburse us or give a new one until they got the one delivered back and ensured all the parts are there.

Lack of support

The gazebo I bought is still sitting in our backyard because I can't seem to find help to assemble it. Lowes is selling gazebos but they don't have any support whatsoever in assembling it, I'm not looking for a free installation/assembly but atleast they should have someone tbey can contact for customers to pay to get help assembling the gazebo. I'm a disabled veteran by the way and my wife really want this gazebo and she thinks is should be easy to assemble it, it's not.

Rattles

Love the gazebo. Husband put together all by himself. Took hours and over 400 screws. Made very nicely. It is on a wood deck that was just redone with new wood and looks beautiful. ONLY ONE PROBLEM! It rattles when you walk across deck and it is screwed into the wood deck with other support under deck. The metal roof bangs in the wind. We live in Wyoming, and we get lots of wind. Long day, but we got it done!

We set aside a Saturday to assemble this gazebo. My husband and I worked together, and in 6 1/2 hours, we had it put together. There were 317 bolts, so using a drill is definitely a must. My husband would do the assembly for a step while I prepped all the bolts, washers, caps and parts for the next step. In this way, we were able to be super efficient.
